Betsy Hackett RN BSN, Clinical Manager Betsy has been a part of Professionals for Women's Health since the start of the practice. She has worked in almost every aspect of the office throughout the years. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University. She has worked at both Ohio State University Medical Center as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, and at Grant Hospital coordinating staff development for Maternal Child Health. Born and raised in Chillicothe, Ohio, Betsy currently resides in Dublin with her husband, Kevin and their four children, Kate, Joe, Ellie and Sam along with their dogs Earl and Lily.
Tom Ulry, Chief Financial Officer Tom joined Professionals for Women's Health in June 2009. Tom is a CPA with skills in cost saving, staff management and development, financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, audit coordination, and tax. Tom enjoys water skiing, running, and bicycling. Tom lives in Columbus with his wife and daughter.
Melissa Thomas, Director of Scheduling Melissa is a Certified Medical Assistant who joined Professionals for Women’s Health in June, 2002 when she received her Medical Assisting degree from Bradford School in Columbus. Melissa has floated between all three of our locations and has worked in most of our departments including the front desk and the nursing department. Melissa became the Office Coordinator of our Westerville office after 5 years of working with our practice. She currently resides in Hilliard with her husband, Michael, their son Jonathan and daughter Sydney. Melissa enjoys spending her time with friends and family and going to the racetrack with her husband.
Katie Dado, Billing Manager Katie joined Professionals for Women's Health in March 2010. She received her Health Services Administration degree from Ohio University in June 2001. She comes with 8+ years of experience working in the medical billing industry and has experience in all fields of medical billing including insurance follow-up, auditing, training and office management. Katie lives in Dublin with her husband Jimmy and their daughter, Sophie.
Kim Ross MA, Medical Assisting Coordinator Kim joined Professionals for Women’s Health in July, 2007. SHe received her Medical Assisting diploma from Bradford School in Columbus. Kim has floated between all three offices working as a Medical Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist, as well as Phone room Receptionist. Kim currently resides in Blacklick with her fiancé Ray, and their son, Keagan. She enjoys being outside playing with her son and going with her fiancé to the motocross track to race.
